I told my system prompt to randomly inject contextually appropriate words and idioms of languages i want to learn into its responses.

Isn't it primarily arson? == Europe is currently facing a dual crisis of arson-driven wildfires and coordinated sabotage operations. In the summer of 2026, extreme heatwaves have exacerbated wildfire seasons in France, Spain, and Italy, where authorities have linked many blazes to deliberate human ignition. French Interior Minister Sébastien Lecornu reported 162 arrests for suspected arson since early July, noting that 90% of forest fires in France are human-caused. Investigators in Italy’s Calabria region uncovered disturbing tactics, including the release of cats with flammable-soaked rags tied to their tails to spread fire.

Beyond accidental or opportunistic arson, Europe has experienced a wave of state-sponsored sabotage in 2024 and 2025, primarily attributed to Russian intelligence. These attacks involved incendiary devices in packages sent to logistics hubs like DHL in Germany, the UK, and Poland, as well as targeted fires at an IKEA in Vilnius and a warehouse in London. Authorities consider these acts of hybrid warfare aimed at disrupting critical infrastructure and testing delivery channels for larger attacks on the US and Canada.

Key developments in European arson include:

Wildfire Arson: France arrested 162 suspects since July 6, 2026, while Spain’s deadliest blaze in 40 years killed 13 people in Almería. Calabrian Tactics: Italian officials found evidence of calculated arson using delayed ignition devices and animals to accelerate fire spread in southern Italy. Sabotage Network: Russian agents have been linked to multiple arson attacks across England, Poland, Lithuania, and Germany, with several suspects convicted or charged for acts of terrorism and espionage. Legal Fragmentation: The EU lacks a harmonized definition of arson or a centralized criminal database, forcing reliance on fragmented national investigations despite advanced satellite monitoring systems like Copernicus.

All human-caused fires aren't arson, most of these are usually negligence (source: worked in operations at fire service). Not discounting the risk of arson but I find it is used a lot to distract from conditions making the forests a tinder box.

A comment from an earlier thread alleged that Spanish policy says that forests that are destroyed due to fire don't have to be rebuilt, the land can be re-purposed. That's what's driving the arson in Spain.

I have no way to evaluate the veracity of this site, but https://inspain.news/spains-wildfire-tragedy-now-has-a-human... says:

> In some cases, arson is linked to economic gain: land clearance, insurance fraud, or disputes over grazing rights. Others are sparked by resentment towards environmental restrictions.

This narrative is part of the disinformation campaigns and smoke curtains that pour after the wildfires.

Is was a possibility in the past, but the current situation is different. More often than not, when we examine the coordinated internet rage bait about sinister projects to build in the burnt areas (solar farms, AI plants, etc...) this projects don't exist really. Houses will be simply rebuilt by their owners, no soil change expected.

More often than not, the people starting the rage bait post from a different country also.

this is really interesting. i bet they want to put dc's on it.

But too much still are still arson, and people should know better yet than "I will burn my home and destroy my future for ten juicy bucks that this kind stranger is offering me".

And not all crimes are solved. Some on the 'negligence', 'natural causes' and 'unknown' could be also still arson on disguise.

Ukraine's treat to start bombing 'Ozon' ware stores and to finish with 'Wildberries' actual misery, could do more for stopping this wildfire waves than any of the current measures deployed.

i want to click open and bring in a real vinyl scan

very easy for the server to intentionally (or by compromise) add a one liner to send the hash text up.

it was derived from eye charts that are explicitly designed to find defects in your eyes - it is not a coincidence the O and C look similar.

Yes I don't understand how they can claim it's optimized for legibility when the base font does the inverse.

And there are also alternative versions of many letters as shown further down on the page.

Yes a dev server. I can use a file watcher and on the JS side do the automatic page refresh there too, but was curious about local options. I haven't tried Cursor.

can you please elaborate on how this will be helpful for vacation planning? maybe i lack imagination.

Say you want to visit some places for sure and maybe try some restaurant that was recommended to you. You yeet your travel dates to model, it uses mapbox's mcp to find all POIs that you need and creates a detailed plan for you.

and then you show up to the wrong address because the model swapped the address for a top golf and you wanted hot pot

You might be right, but keep in mind actors often adopt variations for their names and may not even be consistent.

He was a consultant, not an actor.

they have a history of "comingling" goods that claim to be from the manufacturer but sometimes are not.
