Unless the Earth was a __VERY__ different place

Guest died from allergic reaction despite informing staff multiple times of the risk, but the case was dismissed because they had signed up for Disney+ years prior.

The case wasn't dismissed because of the arbitration clause. Disney dropped the argument after they got severely lambasted in public over the absurdity of the defense. It was dismissed later by the plaintiff (so there was likely some settlement)

I don't think this is the last time we will see this argument. Disney has a lot of value in brand equity to protect so it made sense for them to back away, but a "bad guy" company that's already regarded with distrust will probably go all in on this in the future.

This also solves the rising oil and gas prices issue as well!

Is there a "crypto-shred" method for destroying access to your account? Like, change your email to one that expires/isn't reusable, then change the password to some totally random, lengthy string and then never record it?

This gave me a shot of panic when I read the headline - thanks for correcting the record.

As a casual Xcancel user, this is actually the first I'm hearing of this. Wow, what a bummer

Not only that but it appears as if they're also treating the platform that customers actively use in such a way as well - heavily A/B testing features and behavior of the platform with little regard for customer comfort in terms of platform use, moving targets for subscription limits, etc etc. I suppose most of us chalk it up to the technology being new and evolving, but I'm not so sure everyone shares that same sentiment clearly.

does "Superpowers" exist outside of the Claude ecosystem? I feel like I've become hooked on this workflow - honestly I could take or leave the models ... it's the workflows and the way that they essentially create tightly focused loops over multiple sessions that I've becoming fairly dependent on.

Yes, Superpowers is just a set of (agent agnostic) skills that you can use in any harness.

well, I wouldn't go that far .. but in this small, narrow case ... no.

You're saying he's crazy.

we're all a little crazy ... it's all relative!

> Either directly or worse.

Wow, some "the killer is calling from inside the house" vibes right there. But I totally agree that the game of telephone has always been _an_ issue - maybe not _the_ issue but certainly a big one.
