The places I worked over 15 years ago had extensive lists of allergens. They were mostly chain or corporate, I think the mom and pop places did a little guessing. I wouldn’t trust them.
But I always thought the explanation was eggs randomly getting stuck to bird feet. Or maybe a bird carries a fish with eggs up there and eats it or something. Inevitably it happens though...
Lakes have connected rivers and streams that provide paths for fish and eggs to move around. There are human and animal activities that affect this. Your bird example and beavers causing floods could allow movement.
A lot of people are unaware of how much husbandry hunter-gatherers still did. They may not have been farmers, with field plantings, weeding, and harvest seasons designed to maximize every acre under production, but they weren't stupid and still spent time to bend the world around them to the task of providing them more resources than it would have on its own. On a bang-for-the-buck basis they often did better than the farmers, it's just that without farming you can't get that density and net return.
Many ponds have seasonal streams. In spring (when the snow melts) they get connected to the local river system by a shallow stream, then when the water levels go down the stream disappears but the pond remains. Also beavers may flood a large area, then move on leaving a formerly connected pond isolated again.
There’s a stream in my back yard that doesn’t hold fish over the winter because it’s too shallow/cold. A large property near me has a pond that overflows into my stream. The fish survive in the deeper waters of the pond and spring rain usually washes fish eggs or even fish into my stream. They gather in the rocks in my backyard near the storm drain.
Alpine lakes are fed by snow met. There’s not going to be fish eggs on the snowpack that melts into the lake.

Do you realize that in the summer mountains below 4000m are mostly snow-free and thawing point ie in Europe has been pushed above 5000m repeatedly during summers. Its easy to have 25C in 2500m in today's alps (ie today 22C in 2000m in Chamonix, France).
The term 'alpine lake' doesn't mean anything specific, and most are fed from rain during entire summer without any/much of snow or ice contribution.
Swimming upstream is what brown trouts do all the time.
If hunter gatherers did it 7000 years ago, should be possible to suspect it, but modern people do this things all the time. It should be easier to prove at least that they not were released in, lets say, 1780.
My MBP had the same issue and was eligible for a replacement but since the computer couldn’t boot due to a GPU issue they couldn’t run the GPU test to verify it was a GPU issue. Even though you could clearly read the logs and tell it was the GPU.
They do it for every holiday. My kids enjoy watching the holiday ones and I’m sure they’ll like Spider-Man one too. The July 4th and Christmas ones were cool. There’s a marketing aspect to it, IIRC they usually show a recently released car.

I believe we gave more countries their independence day than anyone else old sport. However I'm yet to see the connection between such matters and what appears to be your acceptability of in-car advertising.
My boss has already done this several times over the past couple years because of some impeding market crash. Then he goes back and buys a week or so later.

Dreaming of something does not make it real.
Even in Germany, where going to university is very cheap, people have such dreams of social ascent by getting a degree. Here is a German article about how this does not always go well:
It was real here in the US for a great deal of time, and its decline of 'realness' seemingly coincided with the universal push for youth to attend it. The culture of college in the US i'm sure is quite different than germany or asian countries.
