One product I look longingly at from over here in Mac world is the Surface Pro. Full desktop OS on a tablet; the ability to make notes with a pen. Surface Pro with OneNote seems like a seriously powerful tool.

I'm sure iPad also runs OneNote but you simply cannot efficiently use an iPad as a full time desktop experience, from what I've seen.
