I want to drop my Comcast home internet (Palo Alto CA) and switch to a net-neutrality friendly ISP. What other service should I consider?

Sonic, had them in PA for a few years, best ISP I've had. They'll crank a single DSL line up to whatever it will carry ($40/mo for around 15-20mbits) and bond two of them together for $80-ish IIRC.
